I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely white fluffy towels, but I faced an issue with a blocked sink. The service was good overall, especially on the reception desk. The location in a quiet area was convenient, and being close to a train station was a plus. The dining experience was not as advertised and could use improvements. The facilities were satisfactory for the rate paid.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant quiet area on the Wirral, offering a great location for everything on the Wirral. While the super kingsize beds and great shower were impressive, the television only received BBC 1 was a bit limited, and the poor quality sofas bed to sleep on was a drawback.
